Before opening the package please check that the goods are suitable for your machine . Check cartridge is correct by checking that the brand (ie: Canon, Lexmark, Epson etc)and item no. is correct( ie: Canon PGI-5BK, Lemark #16 etc ). If you are unsure please do not hesitate to call us, we are more than happy to help to save any problems you may encounter at the time of receiving or further problems should you need to return the item.
When returning any goods they must be accompanied by an RA Number which will be given to you when you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To avoid delays please provide date of purchase and invoice no. when making contact regardless of the reason for return.
There are several types of returns -
Items ordered incorrectly;
Items you no longer require and wish to return.;
Items you ordered but were incorrectly sent.
Items received but are faulty.
Please contact Cartridge Convenience for your Return Authorisation Number. For a full refund advise date of purchase and invoice No. Goods must be returned in Original Package UNOPENED & in good resaleable condition within 30 working day of purchase. To return goods you will be required to freight the goods back to C/C at your expense. Please pack them carefully and securely to avoid any damages to boxes. Remember this item will be re-sold and it is the condition in which we receive it that determines your refund. No package will be accepted unless full freight is prepaid.
2/. Faulty Items:
Please notify Cartridge Convenience within 14 days of purchase date and receive your Return Authorisation No. and return address details. The item must be sent with a printed page showing the problem experienced or complete details of why this is not possible. This should be entered on the R.A. Form. To return the goods you will be required to freight the goods back to C/C at your expense. Freight will be paid by Cartridge Convenience ONLY if the cartridge or item is deemed to be faulty. If upon the return of the item it is deemed not to be faulty freight will not be reimbursed. Laser or ink cartridges will not be refunded should they be received by C/C empty of ink or toner. Manufacturers will not credit the item if they are returned under a certain weight. If the product has been interfered with in any way the credit will be refused. Allow time between 4-14 days for credit, some manufactures are a little slow in authorising credits.
